HOW DOES CROWDHUBx™ WORK?

CROWDHUBx™ operates by being the centralised hub and management portal for all Cx2 devices. Each device is logged to a user and updated with their details accordingly. Once complete, each user is issued their device, they are then ready to be deployed in the field. Each watch is monitored on the dashboard by a client admin and can be remotely supported.

Cx2 SMART WATCH OVERVIEW

The Cx2 smart watch has been designed to ensure the operational demands were at the forefront of the design process. The CROWDEVENTS™team worked hard to ensure look & feel wasn’t compromised, however focussing to maximise the experience for the end user.

Our Cx2 smart watch was designed and built for CROWDHUBx™. With a zinc alloy bezel, a screen with toughened glass and silicone strap all adds to its elegance. The Cx2 has a unisex style, adjustable strap catering for all wrist sizes.

Our watches can take the operational demands of our on ground staff but also fit in nicely for those working in a more formal environment.

CROWDHUBx™ PLATFORM

The CROWDHUBx™ platform works directly with our Cx2 SMART watches, each device is logged in our platform and can be tailored to the end user utilising all that technology to give amazing functionality.

As part of the CROWDHUBx™ we include our “Essentials” package as standard which has over 20 features. The option for simple customisation is also part of this package which includes personal information with qualifications, through to specific information related to the operational role e.g. position, radio call sign and even the equipment they could be carrying.

Amongst the range of functionality, each device can be geofenced to ensure the watches remain in a location. Some of the functionally be activated once inside a certain area e.g. staff check in or out. Having such management capabilities ensures your workforce is the priority, they know they’re valued, and you have confidence on positions being covered and invoices being accurate.

The CROWDHUBx™ is built ready for operational deployment, however we offer additional commercial packages to enhance “Essentials”, which are broken down into 6 modules. The 6 modules can be applied based on what the organisational requirements are:
