In 2022, we received a recommendation to connect with James for our crowd safety management needs for the unique landscape and significant stakeholders of the COP28 event. From the first call in early 2023, engaging directly with Crowded Events was seamless.
The Crowded Event team’s agility and ability to adapt in mobilising resources ensured smooth support as we aligned formally. It was a real credit to James's commitment when he took the risk of deploying his team at his own cost to assist in our decision-making process. This initiative was pivotal in securing the best expertise, to engage stakeholders, and provide clear recommendations that empowered the COP28 team to make informed decisions.
A special acknowledgment to Steve for his professionalism, a true testament to James and his team's solid depth. They made delivery of such a complex requirement easy, there was no point when I felt that I wasn’t getting the best information and I could be confident that the advice and deliverables were the best that could have been given. Operationally, the meticulous planning, particularly regarding security screening queue time forecasts, became a reality, underscoring the precision of their work. The team's efforts were remarkable, shining a light on an area that is often overlooked but delivered with excellence.
