As the visionary behind Crowded Events and a seasoned event expert, James boasts an impressive track record of over 18 years in orchestrating memorable experiences both locally and globally.

His portfolio spans iconic occasions such as the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games, the Rugby World Cup 2015, and the Baku European Games in 2015, to name a few. Noteworthy contributions extend to the Ashgabat Asian Indoor Martial Art Games in 2017, the Dubai Expo 2020, the Saudi Games in Riyadh 2022, and the Conference of Parties 28 (COP28).

In addition to his international portfolio, James has left an indelible mark on the UK event scene, lending his expertise to a diverse array of events ranging from Sporting Events to Concerts, Exhibitions, Conferences, Horse Racing, and Ice Rinks. Highlights include the London Olympic Park Legacy Project, Goodwood Festival of Speed, Revival, and Glorious Goodwood, as well as the Download, Reading, and O2 Wireless Music Festivals. His contributions extend to prestigious venues such as Fulham Football Club and the Millennium Stadium, now the Principality Stadium in Cardiff.

Currently pursuing a PhD in Philosophy of Management, James holds a Master’s Degree in Event Management complemented by a plethora of professional development accolades, including NEBOSH certification and diplomas in Crowd Science and Spectator Safety Management.

With an illustrious career spanning over a decade in system integration and development, Kirsty stands as a luminary in her field, earning the unofficial esteemed title of our systems queen. Her expertise is unparalleled, having engineered and deployed multiple cutting-edge systems for Organising Committees, seamlessly orchestrating the management of over 40,000 Paid, Volunteer, and Contractor workforces.

Kirsty’s remarkable journey includes spearheading system development and implementation for prominent global events such as the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow 2014, the Invictus Games Sydney 2018, the World Masters Games 2017, and the prestigious Expo 2020 Dubai. Her invaluable insights gained from navigating the complexities of these high-stakes environments serve as the cornerstone for shaping and enhancing the Crowded Events ecosystem of platforms.

Academically distinguished, Kirsty holds a coveted Business Management Degree, augmented by professional accreditations including PRINCE 2 Foundation and Practitioner certifications, underscoring her commitment to excellence and continuous professional growth

Brittany Mildenhall


Brittany emerges as a highly accomplished Director of Operations with an impressive tenure spanning over 15 years, characterised by a robust background in events management. Her professional journey commenced in the field of transportation, where she cultivated a diverse skill set that seamlessly transcended into roles encompassing Catering, Venue Management, and Logistics.

With a global footprint, Brittany’s expertise extends internationally, including Canada, the UK, Russia, Turkmenistan, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Brazil, the UAE, and Azerbaijan.

Currently serving as the General Manager for Crowded Events, Brittany assumes a pivotal role in orchestrating the day-to-day operations of the business, while also providing crucial support to the HR and Finance departments.

Her extensive career includes noteworthy stints with industry giants such as Jack Morton, Balich Worldwide Shows, Imagination, and FiveCurrents. Brittany has been a key player in major events of global significance, including the 2010 Winter Olympic Games in Vancouver with David Atkins, the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, and the Rio 2016 Summer Olympic Ceremonies as Film Master. Notably, she headed the Ceremonies Department for the Asian Indoor Martial Arts Games in Ashgabat in 2017 and spearheaded operations for the Expo 2020 Opening & Closing Ceremonies for FiveCurrents.

Academically, Brittany’s foundation is grounded in a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, complemented by a Diploma in Hospitality Management. Her academic achievements underscore her commitment to a comprehensive understanding of the business landscape, further enhancing her capacity to navigate the intricate realms of events and operations.
